摘要
试验结果表明,影响丁苯橡胶SBR-1500硫化25分钟300%定伸应力降低的主要原因是国产防老剂种类和质量、终止剂用量、炭黑处理方法、生胶、有机酸有有机皂的含量等。从而为工业生产提供了解决问题的方法。
The result of experiment shows that the principal factors that effeets the decreasing of 300% modulus of SBR1500 cured for 25 min are as follows: The type and quality of antioxidant,amount of short stopping agent ,treatment ways of carbon black,and the content of raw rubber.organic acid and soap etc. This provides methods of solving problem for our industrial production.
