摘要
本文用MPT(孟山都加工性试验机)评价等质量(100phr)充填的碳酸钙对SBR流变行为的效应,为超细活性碳酸钙的应用与品种开发提供必要的加工参数数据,探索橡胶/填料体系流变行为的规律,以及体系界面状况对体系流变行为的效应。
In this paper,the effects of equal mass filling CaCO_3 (100phr)on the rheological properties of SBR were eveluated with MPT (mashine of processing testing, Monsanto). Essential processing reference datas were provided for the application and kind development of the Superfine reactive CaCO_3 Rheological behavior law of rubber/filler and boundary state of the system were investigated.
