Some basic problems of kinetics in process of polymer reactions are reviwed with 37 refs. The topics discussed will include: 1. The conception of equal reacitivity. 2. the kinetic model of polymer reaction. 3. Effect of neighboring groups on kinetics of polymer reaction.
