填充型弹性聚氨酯IPN绝缘冷浇注树脂的合成及性能

摘要 由三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、蓖麻油(CO)、活性烯类单体等构成树脂基材,填充SiO_2等无机填料。以室温催化固化体系进行交联固化,可形成富有弹性的绝缘聚氨酯互穿聚合物网络。将其按双组份配置可以长期贮存,混合后可在常温下浇模,并可在12-24小时内完全固化。固化后材料具有良好的电绝缘性能和物理机械性能,可作为冷浇注型绝缘电缆附件材料使用. The insulating casting-resin is made of one kind of polyurethane IPN elastomer formed from vinyl monomer such as methyl methacrylate, styrene etc., 1, 1, 1 - trihydromethyl propane, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, castor oil and filled with SiO_2.It can be set at room tem- perature during 12-14 hr. The properties of the setting materials are as follows the value of volume resistivity (pv)and surface resistivity (ps) can reach 10^(13)(Ω· cm orΩ),the dielectric constant (ε)is with in 4,9-5,5,the tgδ is 0. 01,the tensile strength is 14(MPa),the hard- ness is between 92 and 95.
