摘要
以氨氮的硝化为目的,对浮动床生物膜硝化反应器进行了试验。该浮动床反应器采用新型载体填装。这种载体具有表面积大,不易堵塞的优点。研究表明:在碱度过剩且不存在有机负荷的条件下,硝化反应速率或是由氧的浓度决定或是由氨氮的浓度决定。当氧的浓度为硝化反应限速因素时,氧的浓度对硝化反应速率有很大影响,当氧的浓度达到4.5mg/L时,硝化反应速率可达到240gNO_x-N/m^3.d。
A new biofilm reactor, the moving bed tor that was filled with the carriers that have high specific surface and less possibilities of clogging was studied for nitrification purpose. The experiment results show that alkalinity was in excess and there was orqanic load, either ammonium or the oxygen concentration would be limiting for the nitrification rate. The oxygen concentration had a great influence on the nitrification rate when oxygen was rate limiting. When the oxygen concentration was about 4.5mg/I, the nitrification rate of 240gNOx-N/m^3d could be reached.
