摘要
实验考察了温度、pH值、氯化铵和氯化钠浓度对 732阳离子交换树脂吸附L -精氨酸的影响 ,并测定了 2 5℃时 732离子交换树脂吸附L -精氨酸的吸附等温线。结果表明 :温度变化对吸附率影响较小 ;pH值增大 ,吸附率下降 ;溶液中氯化铵或氯化钠浓度增大 ,吸附率迅速下降 ,且当氯化铵或氯化钠物质的量浓度达到1.0mol·L-1时 ,L -精氨酸难于被吸附 ;2 5℃时 ,最大饱和吸附量约为 117g·kg-1树脂。根据实验结果开发了从胱氨酸母液提取L -精氨酸的工艺 ,提取率达到 80 %以上。
The effects of temperature, pH value, the concentrations of NaCl and NH 4Cl on the adsorption of L arginine to 732 cation exchange resin were determined, and its adsorption isotherm at 25℃ was measured. The results show that the absorption rate increases slightly with raise of temperature, decreases with raise of pH, decreases sharply with increase of NaCl or NH 4Cl concentration in aqueous, the maximum absorbance at 25℃ is 117g·kg -1 resin. One new extraction process of L arginine from cystine mother liquor has been developed based on the result, the extraction rate of L arginine is higher than 80%.
