天麻钩藤饮对原发性高血压患者疗效和生活质量的影响

Effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction on the curative efficacy and quality of life in patients with essential hypertension

目的:探讨天麻钩藤饮对原发性高血压(肝阳上亢型)的临床疗效,进一步验证天麻钩藤饮的降压作用。方法:观察天麻钩藤饮组(简称天麻组)(60例)和尼群地平组(简称尼群组)(58例)治疗前后的血压水平,临床症状(眩晕、头痛、耳鸣、肢麻、健忘、心悸、面部烘热、烦躁易怒、失眠、口苦)的变化。结果:天麻组与尼群组均有明显的降低血压作用,两组结果比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。在改善临床症状方面天麻组明显优于尼群组(t=2.303,P<0.01)天麻组总有效率91%(55/60),尼群地平组总有效率60%(34/58)。两组治疗后基本日常生活活动能力均明显改善(P<0.05)。天麻组治疗后,健康愉快感、躯体症状、工作表现、情感状态、生活满意度生活质量评分分别为(87.9±8.4),(8.00±3.2),(26.8±4.6),(9.5±7.8),(37.2±4.1)分,均较治疗前犤(72.3±7.8),(11.3±4.5),(19.9±3.9),(11.8±5.1),(33.2±3.2)分犦明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩滕饮的降压效果确切,能明显改善原发性高血压患者的临床症状和生活质量。

AIM:To explore the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng decoction in patients w ith essential hypertension, so as to verify its effect in reducing blood pressur e. METHODS: Totally 118 patients were randomly divided into Tianma Gouteng decoct ion group (Tianma group,n=60) and nitrendipine group (n=58). The changes of bloo d pressure level and clinical symptoms, such as dizziness, headache, tinnitus, p aralysis of limbs, forgetfulness, palpitaiton, dry and hot face, dysphoria, agry pnia and bitter taste, were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS: The effects of reducing blood pressure were obvious in both the Tianm a and nitrendipine groups, and the difference was not significant (P >0.05). The effects of improving clinical symptoms in the Tianma group were obviously bette r than those in the nitrendipine group (t=2.303,P< 0.01), the total effective ra te was 91%(55/60) in the Tianma group and 60%(34/58) in the nitrendipine group .The activities of daily living were obviously improved after treatment in both groups (P< 0.05). In the Tianma group, the scores of feeling of healthy and happ y (87.9±8.4), body symptoms(8.00±3.2),task performance (26.8±4.6), affectiv e state (9.5±7.8)and satisfaction of living (37.2±4.1) after treatment were ob viously improved compared with before treatment[(72.3±7.8), (11.3±4.5),(19.9± 3.9),(11.8±5.1),(33.2±3.2)] (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: Tianma Gouteng decoction can decrease blood pressure level and imp rove the clinical symptoms and quality of life obviously in patients with essent ial hypertension.
