低能脉冲超声波对骨质疏松性骨折愈合中血流量及血管形成的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察低能脉冲超声波(lowintensitypulsedultrasound,LIPU)对骨质疏松性骨折(osteoporoticfracture,OPF)愈合中骨痂微血管及血流量的影响。方法:35只大耳白兔制成骨质疏松性骨折模型,随机分为1,2,4,6和9周5个组。LIPU对右前肢骨折进行照射(30mW/cm2,1次/d,20min/次);左前肢假处理作为自身对照。微血管染色及单光子放射计算机断层显相术(SPECT)血流量测定。结果:实验侧血流量增加,在术后1,2,4周时明显高于对照侧(P<0.05);术后6周和9周时实验侧血流量高于对照侧(P>0.05)。实验侧血管生成增多,并早于对照侧。结论:LIPU可增加OPF骨折端血流量、促进骨折端血管再生,从而促进OPF愈合。 AIM:To investigate the effects of low intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPU) on blo od flow and vessel regeneration in osteoporotic fracture(OPF) healing. METHODS:Thirty-five OPF rabbits(ovariectomied and radius fracture model) were randomly divided into five groups:1,2,4,6 and 9-week groups after operation.Ex terior LIPU exposure was conducted to the right radius OPF site with the intensi ty of 30 mW/cm2 for 20 minutes,once a day,and the sham exposure was made to the left radius for auto-control.The blood flow at the fracture site was tested wit h the single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT) and vessel regeneration was observed with microangiography. RESULTS:Blood flow was obviously higher in the experimental side than that in the control side at the end of the 1st,2nd and 4th week (P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two sides at the end of the 6th and 9th we ek(P >0.05).New blood vessel at the fracture site in the experimental side was f ormed much earlier than that in the control side. CONCLUSION:LIPU therapy is advisable in the healing of OPF by increasing blood flow and promoting blood vessel regeneration.
