Effect of the sport walking on respiratory and circulative functions in elderly women

摘要 目的:观察健走运动对老年女性呼吸循环机能的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:指导42名60~69岁的健康老年女性进行为期4个月的健走运动,以心率控制速度和强度,实验前后分别测定其心脏泵血功能、肺通气功能及脑阻抗血流图诸指标。结果:与锻炼前比较,受试者心脏泵血功能明显改善,表现为每搏输出量(mL)由锻炼前的65.22±11.41增加到72.10±10.78;射血分数(%)由60.10±5.03增大为68.78±6.25;而心率(次/min)则由77.45±8.69减慢至67.89±8.21;肺活量(L)及每分最大通气量(L)分别由2.86±0.36和96.14±15.21提高到3.34±0.53和114.02±16.01,较锻炼前比较,差异均有显著意义(t=1.024~6.865,P<0.01),反映脑血流阻力的指标流入时间(s)由锻炼前的0.171±0.058明显缩短为0.128±0.049;反映脑血流量大小的波幅(Ω)则由锻炼前的0.981±0.0232增大为1.191±0.224,差异均有显著意义(t=3.946,4.021,P<0.01)。结论:适度强度的规律性健走运动可通过改善呼吸循环功能而起到强身健体的作用,是一项方便易推广的健身运动项目。 AIM:To observe the effects of sport walking on respiration and circulation fun ction in elderly women so as to explore its functional mechanism. METHODS:Forty-two old women aged from 60 to 69 were treated with sport walkin g for 4 months, the speed and intensity were controlled according to their heart rate respectively,the indexes of respiration,circulation and rheoencephalograph y were taken before and after experiment. RESULTS:Compared with before sport walking,their heart blood-pumping function was improved obviously,stroke volume(mL) increased from 65.22±11.41 to 72.10± 10.78,and ejection fraction(%) increased from 60.10±5.03 to 68.78±6.25,while heart rate(times/min) decreased from 77.45±8.69 to 67.89±8.21,vital capacity(L ) increased from 2.86±0.36 to 3.34±0.53, and maximal voluntary ventilation(L) for every minute increased from 96.14±15.21 to 114.02±16.01,significantly diff erent compared with before treatment(t=1.024-6.856,P< 0.01).The fluid time(s) o f rheoencephalography reduced from 0.171±0.058 to 0.128±0.049, and the amplitu de of wave(Ω) amplified from 0.981±0.023 2 to 1.191±0.224,and the differences were significant(t=3.946, 4.021,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Regular sport walking of proper intensity can improve the function of respiration and circulation system,so it is a good way to keep health of the elders.
