摘要
目的:通过低温游泳运动对小鼠血液自由基变化和抗氧化能力的影响,旨在为冬泳爱好者提供冬泳健身的理论依据及在不同水温中进行游泳运动怎样选择最佳运动时间提供一些实验资料。方法:雄性小鼠在10℃水温(每天游泳3min和5min)和5℃水温(每天游泳1min和2min)进行游泳训练6周和4周,观察丙二醛,超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)和总抗的变化。结果:10℃水温每天游泳3min组血液丙二醛降低,SOD总抗升高,与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(t=2.64,2.16,5.58,P<0.05~0.01),每天游泳5min组血液丙二醛升高(t=2.96,P<0.05),SOD和总抗与对照组比较无意义(t=0.42,2.06,P>0.05)。5℃水温小鼠每天游泳1min组和2min组丙二醛均升高,SOD下降(t=2.24~4.82,P<0.05~0.01),总抗变化无意义(t=0.18,1.15,P均>0.05)。结论:低温游泳要选择适当的水温,水温过低或游泳时间过长可使抗氧化能力下降、自由基产生增加。
AIM:To investigate the effects of low temperature swimming on free radicals an d anti-oxidation ability of blood in mice,and to provide a theoretical evidence for the bodybuilding through winter swimming sport and some experimental data f or winter swimmers and how to select the best time of winter swimming sports in different water temperature. METHODS:After male mice were trained at the water temperatures of 10 ℃(3 and 5 minutes a day) and 5 ℃(1 and 2 minutes a day) for 6 weeks and 4 weeks,changes of blood malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and all ability of anti oxidation were observed. RESULTS:MDA was decreased and SOD was increased in the 3-minute of 10 ℃water temperature group,significantly different from those in the control group(t=2.6 4,2.16,5.58,P< 0.05-0.01),MDA of the 5-minute group was increased significantl y(t=2.96,P< 0.05),and SOD and all ability of anti-oxidation were not significan tly different from those in the control group(t=0.42,2.06,P >0.05).In the 1 and 2 minutes of 5 ℃groups,MDA was increased and SOD was decreased significantly(t= 2.24-4.82,P< 0.05-0.01),while there was no significant change in all ability o f anti-oxidation(t=0.18,1.15,P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Suitable water temperature should be selected for low temperature s wimming.If the water temperature is too low or the swimming duration was too lon g,free radicals will be increased and anti oxidation ability will be decreased.
