补肾活血法为主治疗高脂血症(英文)

Clinical study of hyperlipidemia treated mainly with the method of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation

目的:观察以补肾活血法为主治疗高血脂症的临床疗效。方法:将92例患者分为治疗组54例和对照组38例,治疗组服用自拟中药补肾通脉汤,对照组服用绞股兰总甙片。结果:治疗组血胆固醇,三酰甘油明显下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-densitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)明显上升,与对照组比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组有效率99%(52/54),对照组有效率73%(28/38)。治疗组比对照组全血黏度低(P<0.01)。结论:补肾活血法能明显降低高脂血症患者的血脂,改善血黏状况。

AIM: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of the method of nourishing k idney and activating blood circulation on hyperlipidemia. METHODS: Ninety-two patients were divided into treatment group (n=54) and con trol group (n=38), the treatment group was taken self-made Chinese nourishing k idney and activating blood decoction, and control group was treated with gypenos ides (GP). RESULTS: The blood level of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in th e treat group decreased significantly,while high-density lipoprotein-choleste rol(HDL-C) increased remarkably, there was significant difference compared with control group (P< 0.01),the efficient rate in treatment group was 95.8%,and which in control group was 73%. CONCLUSION: The therapeutic effects of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation on hyperlipoidemia were satisfied.
