儿童受虐方式调查分析(英文)

A preliminary study on manner of child abuse

背景:儿童受虐是家庭暴力的一个类型,其长期、普遍的存在于人类社会,造成儿童受虐的原因纷杂,形式多样。目的:探讨儿童受虐的类型,对儿童受虐的方式进行分析,以期发现儿童受虐的规律,为降低儿童受虐提供依据。设计:随机抽样调查研究。地点、对象和方法:采用自编“一般资料问卷和儿童受虐筛查表”随机抽取湘潭某工厂子弟中学二年级学生282名进行横断面研究。筛查出86名近1年内遭受虐待的儿童,并对其受虐不同方式的儿童例数进行分析。主要观察指标:受虐儿童受虐方式及合并受虐方式的状况。结果:近1年内受言语侮辱59名(68.6%),拳打脚踢46名(53.5%),经济控制28名(32.6%),抓、咬、打耳光26名(30.2%),忽视18名(20.9%),用刀、棒10名(11.6%),隔离2名(2.3%),性虐待0名,人均受虐方式2种以上。结论:受虐儿童常受多种虐待方式,因此从多方发现线索有利于早发现受虐。

BACKGROUND:Child abuse(CA) is a kind of domestic violence.It has been commonly existed in human society for a long time,and there exists complex reasons and v arious manner of child abuse. OBJECTIVE:To explore the types of child abuse,and to analyze its manners,so as to find out the regularity of it,and to reduce the incidence of child abuse. SETTING,PARTICIPANTS and INTERVENTIONS:Totally 282 middle school students were investigated with general data questionnaire and screen questionnaire of child abuse.Among these students,86 cases of child abuse in the past year were found,a nd the manner of child abuse were analyzed. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Manner of child abuse and the state of its complication. RESULTS:The incidence of language abuse,beat and kick,economic restriction,fac e slap,neglect,use of knife or stick,isolation and sexual abuse were 68.6%(59 c ases),53.5%(46 cases),32.6%(28 cases),30.2%(26 cases),20.9%(18 cases),11.6% (10 cases),2.3%(2 cases),0%respectively.The average abuse manner was 2 per chi ld. CONCLUSION:Child abuse consists of different manner.To realize their multiple manifestation is beneficial for the identification of child abuse at the early s tage.
