摘要
介绍了低温等离子体表面改性技术和金属生物材料的主要特性,概述了低温等离子体在金属生物材料表面改性中的应用进展,提出了等离子体改性中存在的主要问题,并对今后的研究和应用进行了展望。
The principle of cold-plasma processes in surface modification and main properties of metallic biomaterials are introduced. The recent progress of cold-plasma techniques of surface modification used in metallic biomaterials is reviewed. Current problems in cold-plasma techniques of surface modification and the new trend of research and application are also described in the paper.
