摘要
采用离子交换法,以Y型沸石分子筛为基底,组装了CdSe纳米团簇。利用高分辨的透射电子显微镜考察了纳米团簇的分布、生长位置、粒径大小及形貌等。观察到排成周期阵列的量子点CdSe纳米团簇,量子点团簇相互连接形成超团簇颗粒。
CdSe nanoclusters are encapsulated in zeolite-Y by the ion-exchange method. High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) is adopted to investigate the distribution, particle size, morphology and chemical components of nanoclusters, indicating the periodic arrays of CdSe nano-monoclusters and superclusters formed by mutually-connected monoclusters in zeolite-Y.
