降颅压致颅内小血肿扩大的临床分析

Clinical analysis of small intracranial hematoma enlarge caused by intracranial decompression

目的探讨降颅压致颅内小血肿扩大的形成机制、临床特点、治疗体会。方法回顾2001—01—2003—06收治9 例降颅压致颅内小血肿扩大的临床资料。结果非手术降颅压7例,手术减压2例。9例颅内小血肿扩大后均手术治疗。结果6 例治愈,2例中残,1例死亡。结论 降颅压和颅内小血肿扩大有一定的相关性。正确认识降颅压致颅内小血肿扩大的临床特点, 把握好脱水剂的治疗原则,动态CT监测是提高疗效的关键。

Objective To analyze the clinical pathogenesis, clinical features and therapy of small intracranial hematoma enlarged due to intracranial decompression. Methods 9 cases with small intracranial hematoma enlarge caused by intracranial decompression admitted in this hospital from January 2001 to June 2003 were analyed retrospectively.Results 7 cases were managed with drug decompression, 2 cases were treated with operation. 9 cases with small intracranial hematomaau enlarged.lt was showed that 6 cases with good recovery, 2 cases with moderate disability and 1 cases dead after operation. Conclusion Small intracranial hematoma enlarged correlating with intracranial decompression.correctly realised the clinical features of small intracranial hematoma enlarge due to intracranial decompression, mastered the principle of drug decompression, CT mentoring is the key for improving the effect of the treatment.
