Base on the scene to manage,structure the systematic enterprise management system

我国国有企业管理的重心,往往是围绕着国家的企业政策展开,而不是立足于本企业实际情况,进行系统化的管理,尤其是由于基础管理中的现场管理落后,严重制约其他管理的提升。如何解决这些问题,文章从理论与实践两方面提出了建设性意见。

Center of state-owned enterprise administration of our country, is often launched around the na-tional enterprise policy, but not based on the actual conditions of this enterprise to carry on systematized management. What's more, the baskwardness of scene management of foundation management restricted the promotion of other management seriously. The article has put forward the constructive from the theo-ry and practice in order to solve these problem.
