摘要
企业资源计划(ERP)是现代企业管理的一个标志,是一种融合了企业最佳实践和先进技术的管理思想,然而ERP在中国的实施效果却不甚理想。通过研究ERP的管理思想,探讨实施ERP的几个关键方面,从而为企业成功实施ERP提供参考。
Enterprise resource planning(ERP)is a sign of modern enterprise management.Also it is a kind of management ideas with the best practice and the most advanced technology.However,ERP does not run very well in China.This paper studies management ideas of ERP,discusses key aspects of the application of ERP so as to provide reference for enterprises to run ERP successfully.
