输卵管结扎术并发症原因分析及对策

目的 分析输卵管结扎术发生并发症的原因。方法 对1378例输卵管结扎术进行回顾性分析。结果输卵管结扎术并发症45例,发生率为3.27%。结扎术中抽芯包埋法与波氏法比较,伤口感染率差异有显著性(P<0.05);月经改变发生率差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论 严格掌握手术适应证、手术时机、有效抗感染对输卵管结扎术并发症的预防尤为重要。

objective Analysis of cause of complication occurrenc in ligation of fallopian tube.Method 1378 ligation of fallopian tube be retrospectively analysed. Result total 45 complicationof tubal ligation, its incidence was 3.27%.In ligation,Comparison between investment and wavetechnique,Significant difference in wound infectious rate(P<0.05);the incidence of menstruationalteration has significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion It is very important for preventioncomplication of ligation of fallopian tube to hold the adaptation、time of operation and effective anti-infection.
