液氮冷冻治疗外阴白色病变的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of vulvar white lesions treated with liquefacient nitrogen cryotherapy

目的 评价液氮冷冻治疗外阴白色病变的疗效。 方法 选取近几年在我院门诊就诊的外阴白色病变患者71例,随机分为液氮冷冻治疗观察组38例,每周治疗一次,十次为一疗程;药物治疗对照组33例,采用去炎松和2%丙酸睾丸素鱼肝油软膏涂擦患处,每日3～4次,2个月为一疗程,经治疗一疗程后,随访半年至一年,进行疗效比较。结果 观察组治愈13例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率73.68%,对照组治愈2例,有效10例,无效21例,总有效率36.36%,经统计学处理(X2=10.0,p<0.01),有显著性差异。 结论 液氮冷冻治疗外阴白色病变是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of vulvar white lesions treated withliquefacient nitrogen cryotherapy. Methods 71 patients with vulvar white lesions were randomly dividedinto two groups. Observation group 38 patients were treated with liquefacient nitrogen cryotherapy.Control group 33 patients were treated with triamicmoloni unguent and cod-liver oil unguent adding 2%testosteroni propionas. Both groups were treated for one course, 2 months per course.Results 13patients of observation group were cured, 15 patients were improved and 10 patients were ineffective.Total efficient rate was 73.68%. 2 patients of control group were cured, 10 patients were improved and21 patients were ineffective. Total efficient rate was 36.36%. The difference of two groups weresignificant (x2=10.0, P<0.01﹚.Conclusions Liquefacient nitrogen cryotherapy was an effectivemethod for vulvar white lesions.
