行为干预对性病患者影响效果的研究

目的 了解性病门诊患者的对性病/艾滋病的了解以及预防知识的认知情况,探讨如何对性病患者高危行为的有效行为干预办法,以改变性病/艾滋病传播高危人群的高危行为,达到控制性病、艾滋病的传播,降低发病率的目的。方法 对我院性病门诊的初诊患者,进行认知情况问卷调查,并给予适当的性病/艾滋病知识宣传及行为干预。复诊时再对初诊患者进行第2次问卷调查。结果 性病患者对性病有一定的认识,尤其是宣传较多的艾滋病及经典性病,如梅毒、淋病等,但对性病的预防及传播知识了解不够。结论 通过性病门诊对性病患者进行高危行为干预,使性病患者认识性病/艾滋病传播的高危行为,让他们改变以往的错误认识,避免高危行为,从而达到控制性病/艾滋病传播,保护健康人群的防治效果,将对我市性病/艾滋病防治和控制工作起到促进作用。

Objectives To research the out-hospital Venereal disease patierts in their knowledgeof venereal disease, and to study the effective interference approachs to control the spread of venerealdisease.Methods A survey was made for the venereal diseazl patient in the author抯 hospital.And thenmade interference to them and let them study the knowledge of venereal disease.After that, We madeanother survey about the knowledge of venereal disease.Results The verereal disease Patients have someknowledge of venereal disease, especially to the classical venereal disease such as AIDS,syphilis andgonorrhea which are often broadcasted.
