高血压病3种治疗方案的成本-效果分析

The Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Hypertensive Therapeutic Programs

目的 探讨氨氯地平、氨氯地平与培哚普利联用、缬沙坦与吲达帕胺联用3种治疗高血压病方案的药物经济学效果。方法 选用128例高血压患者, 随机分成3组, 分别给与3种不同治疗方案(A氨氯地平;B氨氯地平联用培哚普利;C缬沙坦联用吲达帕胺), 对这3种方案的临床治疗效果进行成本-效果分析。 结果 3种方案成本/效果本(C/E)分别为373.03、294.94、299.66; 而ΔC/ΔE分别为0、56、119.8。 结论 通过成本-效果分析, 缬沙坦联用吲达帕胺方案为治疗高血压的最佳治疗方案。

objective To study the pharmacoeconomic effectiveness of three hypertensive therapeuticprograms including Amlodipine, Amlodipine with Perindopril and Valsartan with Indapamide. Method 128cases of hypertensive diseases were randomly divided into three groups and treated with the abovetherapeutic programs respectively. The clinical results were evaluated with the cost-effectivenessanalysis.Results The C/E of three Groups were 373.03、294.94、299.66 respectively; and the ΔC/ΔE of three Groups were 0、56、119.8 respectively. Conclusion Among three hypertensive therapeuticprograms, the Valsartan with Indapamide was better than others according to the cost-effectivenessanalysis.
