KAI1/CD82、P-选择素的表达与喉癌浸润转移的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨KAI1/CD82、P 选择素的表达与喉癌浸润转移的相关性。方法 通过免疫组织化学SP法对 5 2例喉癌组织中的KAI1/CD82、P 选择素的表达水平进行研究。结果 在喉癌中CD82、P 选择素阳性表达率分别为4 0 .38%和 4 4 .2 3%。KAI1/CD82表达与患者性别、肿瘤生长部位无关 ,而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关 ;P 选择素的表达与喉癌患者的性别、肿瘤大小无关 ,而与患者年龄、肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、部位密切相关。CD82阳性、P 选择素阴性联合表达多见于浸润程度T1~T2及无淋巴结转移组 ,CD82阴性、P 选择素阳性联合表达多见于浸润程度T3 ~T4及淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 KAI1/CD82、P 选择素在喉癌中表达呈负相关 ;KAI1/CD82、P 选择素联合表达可以判断喉癌浸润转移情况。 Objective To study the relationships of P selection and KAI1/CD82 expressions with invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer. Methods P selection and KAI1/CD82 expressions in 52 laryngeal cancer tissues were studied using SP method of immunohistochemical stainning. Results The positive expression of CD82 and P selection in laryngeal cancer were 40.38% and 44.23%,respectively. CD82 expression had no correlation with gender and location of neoplasm, but it was correlative to age, size of neoplasm, pathological grade, depth of invasion, adenoid metastasis and TNM stage. P selection expression had no correlation with gender and size of neoplasm, but it was correlative to age, location of neoplasm, pathological grade, depth of invasion, adenoid metastasis and TNM stage. The combination of CD82 positive expression and P selection negative expression were shown in depth of invasion T 1~T 2 and the group, in which there was no adenoid metastasis. The combination of CD82 negative expression and P selection positive expression were shown in depth of invasion T 3~T 4 and the group of adenoid metastasis.Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and P selection expressions in laryngeal cancer show a negative association. Invasion and metastasis of laryngeal cancer can be estimated using the expressions of KAI1/CD82 and P selection.
