摘要
目的 对与喉鳞状细胞癌关联的基因表达变化的轮廓特征进行描述。方法 从相同患者体内检取正常喉上皮和喉鳞状细胞癌应用基因芯片进行分析。结果 基因芯片包括 4 0 96条 ,基因表达变化显著差异的有 36 9条 ,2 2 8条上调 ,14 1条下调。结论 与喉鳞状细胞癌关联的基因涉及原癌基因和抑癌基因、细胞信号和传递蛋白、细胞周期蛋白、细胞骨架、细胞凋亡、免疫等 ,这些基因反映了喉鳞癌细胞的代谢、生长、信号传递等变化特点。
Objective To study characterizing the gene expression profile alterations associated with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Normal laryngeal epithelial cells and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cells from the same patients and their gene expression profiles were screened using cDNA microarrays.Results A cDNA microarray analysis consisting of 4 096 human genes revealed significant changes in the expression of 369 genes,with 228 genes being up regulated and 141 being down regulated.Conclusion This comprehensive list of genes includes those associated with protooncogene and anti oncogene,ionic channel and traffic protein,signal transduction,cyclin,cytoskeleton,apoptosis,immunity and so on.These genes reflect behaviour changes of metabolism,growth and signal convection of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Microarray technique is a outlook technique of gene expression analysis.
