摘要 环氧树脂经氨基硅油和有机胺改性,加入全封闭异氰酸酯固化剂、有机酸中和、在去离子水中乳化制备有机硅改性的环氧阴极电泳涂料。电泳漆膜的红外谱图表明,氨基硅油和环氧树脂反应、被电沉积到基材的表面,形成漆膜。电泳漆膜的热失重曲线结果表明,有机硅改性后漆膜耐热性有所提高。水接触角测试表明有机硅改性后的环氧阴极电泳涂料漆膜具有低的表面能。 In this paper, epoxy cathodic electrodeposition coating modified by organic siloxane has been reported. Epoxy resin was allowed to react with aminosiloxane and organic amine, then to be neutralized with organic acid and emulsified in deionized water with blocked isocyanate as curing agent. IR spectra showed that aminosiloxane and epoxy resin were electrodeposited on the substrate together. Electrocoated films of low surface energy and high heat resistance were obtained as observed with the contact angle of water and the thermogravimetry.
