摘要
文中提出了一种以系统单位寿命时间平均费用最小为目的的维修方案优化模型。在模型中,系统的预防性维修活动有两种:中修和大修。系统每次维修时有可能是中修,也有可能是大修。该模型以能反映系统失效率状态的有效年龄为线索,在保证系统的有效年龄不超过使用要求的情况下,以系统单位寿命时间平均费用最小为目标,研究系统在全寿命过程的N次维修活动中大修和中修的最优排列组合。
The article advances a model which was used to optimize maintaince-scheme for minimizing the average expense of the unit life time of system.In this model two maintenance actions(minor or major repair) may be carried out on the system. This model makes use of the effective age of the system which the failure rate of the system depended on. This model was used to find the optimal combination of minor and major repair among the maintenance actions in the whole life of the system to minimize the average expense of the unit life time of system. The optimal arrangement should assure that the effective age of the system meet the requirement for the system in use.
