摘要 当今世界许多国家如俄、美、法等国正在使用大推力捆绑式运载火箭,近年来,中国也成功地使用了。对于这一类捆绑式运载火箭如美国的大力神-Ⅲ,航天飞机,法国的阿里安-4、阿里安-5,日本的H-Ⅱ等的全箭动力学特性的研究已成为宇航界十分关注的专题研究之一。此类专题研究属多体柔性体动力学范畴,若处理不好,则会引起柔性体与控制系统之间的动力学耦合,柔性体与推进系统之间的动力学耦合以及结构动载荷、动响应、动强度等问题。此类专题所要研究的技术内容比较多也较丰富。本文就此专题中的技术途径的选择,试验与理论的结合,正确获取全箭动力学特性参数,包括正确提供控制系统所需的参数以及实际工程应用效果等技术内容进行了有效的研究。 Nowadays, many countries have employed the strap-on heavy lift launch vehicle. The dynamic characteristic of the full scale strap-on launch vehicle, such as Titan-Ⅲ, space shuttle, Ariane-4, Ariane-5, H-Ⅱ, etc. has become of a very interesting research topic in the astronautical field. This research topic is of multiple flexible body dynamics. If these problems can not be solved, it may produce many trouble problems, for example, the dynamic coupling between the structure and control system, the dynamic coupling between the structure and propulsion system, dynamic loads, dynamic response and dynamic strength, and then directly result in flight failure. Therefore, it is worthwhile to investigate this topic.This paper investigates how to select technical approach, how to combine both test and theory, how to obtain the dynamic characteristic parameters of the full scale strap-on launch vehicle and supply the control system required parameters and how to apply engineering practice. The results of the investigation are effective.
