The paper mainly presents the methods of calling Matlab through Matlab engine base on VC~ ++ 6 0 environment and calling the program of mex through the language of VC~ ++ 6 0 on the Matlab,and the code of mex is managed by intergral environment of VC~ ++ 6 0,in the end the mathod of exploiting programs that escapes Matlab compile environment using the library of mathematics and graph is introducted
