摘要
本文通过现场的生产实例与实测数据,阐明内浇口开设数量及其作用的均衡性对大、中型铝合金铸件的内在质量、形状偏差及尺寸精度产生很大影响,并简单分析其产生机理。大量生产实践表明,增加内浇口数量,提高内浇口作用均衡性,对避免区域性缩松缺陷的产生,减少铸件的变形与尺寸超差产生很好效果,可大大提高铸件成品率。本文还结合典型的生产实例,对提高内浇口作用的均衡性,改善充型液流分配状况,给出具体的工艺措施。
It is expouned by the spot products and measured data that the number of ingate and the balance of its action have a great effect on internal quality, shape deviation and dimension accuracy of large and medium-size aluminium alloy castings, and the mechanism is briefly analysed. Mass production practice indicates that the increase of the number of ingate and the improvement balance of its action have a satisfied effect on the decrease of the casting distortion and dimension deviation, and the avoidance of the regional dispersed shrinkage, therefore the rate of qualified castings may be greatly increased. Concrete technological measures integrated with typical products are given to improve the balance of ingate action and distribution condition of melted current filling in the mold.
