对影响玻璃安全的几个规定的讨论

摘要 幕墙玻璃直接制约着幕墙的各项性能,有关玻璃的设计和施工特别重要。《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》(JGJ102—96)(以下简称《规范》)对玻璃幕墙的材料、设计、施工和监理起到了很好的指导作用。发布实施以来,玻璃幕墙的工程事故大大减少,但玻璃破碎、开裂的现象仍时有发生,这不能排除与《规范》的一些疏漏有关。如立柱活动接头处,《规范》并没有特别要求采取措施以消除立柱与主体结构相对变形的影响,从而造成该处玻璃破碎;没有考虑立柱或横梁平面外变形对玻璃强度的影响,给玻璃安全留下了隐患;另外,夹胶玻璃折算厚度取值不当;风荷载的一些规定不尽合理等也给设计造成一些问题。我们试图在这方面作一些探讨,以供《规范》修订时参考。 The glass restrains every aspect of the curtain wall directly and embody the art of it.Thus its design and construction are very important.The first Code about curtain wall at home,the Technical Code for Glass Wall Engineering(JGJ102-96),makes for the design,supervising and construction.The accidents of the curtain wall have been hold down since the Code came into effect.But the crushing of glass often happens.This appearance has something to do with the indecent rules of the Code.For example,special methods are not required in it to lessen the influence of the relative displacement at the pillar junction,which brings hidden trouble to the glass,and leaves out the impairing of the glass' bending strength as a result of the deformity out of plane of the pillar or the beam.It is not adequate that the Code look on 125 as the equal thickness of the agglutinate glass.And some rules about wind load are not reasonable.In view of the existing problems of the Code,the paper presents the countermensure to contribute to the design of the glass curtain wall,the revision of the Code.
