作为培养面向现代农业高级科技人才的重要基地,农业院校实验室建设正面临新的挑战和机遇。如何通过深化体制改革,完善管理制度,提高实验室效能,满足农业高等教育的新要求是必须探讨和解决的新课题。为此,我们在这些方面做了一些工作,并逐步取得了成效。同时,也还存在一些问题需要我们继续思考与探索。

As an important base for educating higher qualified talents facing modern agriculture, agricultural science lab construction is meeting some new challenges and chances, including how to reform deeply the system, improving the administration, enhancing the efficency, satisfying the new need of higher agricultural education. Facing these problems, some reforms done were and the results are effective.
