电磁诱导大孔树脂对葛根素的吸附分离特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用外加磁场对物质分子间力的影响,研究了在外加磁场的条件下,AB-8大孔吸附树脂对葛根素吸附分离的影响。研究结果表明,在外加磁场强度为0.12T的磁场作用下,树脂对葛根素的吸附率与解吸率均有提高。 The absorption and separation of puerarin by the macroreticular resin induced electromagnetically and the effect of magnetic field were discussed in this paper.The results showed that the reaction is influenced by the exerted magnetic field,the absorption rate and desorption rate of macroreticular resin to puera in both increased when the intense of magnetic field was 0.12T.
