腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果观察

Effects of laparoscopic myomectomy and abdominal myomectomy

目的 探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的应用价值。方法 比较腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术 78例(观察组 )和开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术 6 7例 (对照组 )病人的手术和术后情况。结果 观察组手术时间 81 0 9±2 3 81min ,术中出血 32 15± 2 5 0 2ml,术后平均 1 2 8± 0 80d体温恢复正常 ,术后住院 4 12± 1 0 0d。对照组手术时间 83 6 5± 30 5 0min ,术中出血 86 5 8± 6 5 30ml,平均 2 82± 1 35d体温恢复正常 ,术后住院 7 6 4± 1 6 7d。结论 腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快及住院时间短等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods We analyzed the conditions of 78 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomies(test group) and 67 patients underwent abdominal myomectomies(control group).Results The average operation time in test group was 81.09±23.81 minutes;while in control group it was 83.65±30.50 minutes.The blood loss in test group was 32.15±25.0ml compared with 86.58±65.30ml in control group.The time duration of resuming normal temperature after operation was 1.28±0.80 days in test group,and 2.82±1.35 days in control group.In test group the hospitalstay after operation was 4.12±1.00 days,while in control group it was 7.64±1.67 days.Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has following advantages,less damage and blood loss in operation,quick recovery after operation and short hospitalstay.It is a good surgical procedure to treat myomas now.
