摘要
阐述轧钢机用电刷的特点及供电方式对直流电机换向的影响,分析了轧钢机用直流电机在使用过程中对电刷各项性能的要求,并确定对轧钢机用电刷各项性能的要求。结果表明:正确选择轧钢机用电刷是保障电机正常运转的重要因素。
The influence of character and suply power form for rolling mill brush on the commutate of DC-electrical machine are expatiated,analyzed the rolling mill use the DC-electrical machine to brush the request of various functions in use process,and make sure the request to brush various functions for rolling mill,the right choice brushes for rolling mill is an important factor to guarantees electrical machine is normal to revolve.
