珍珠岩成矿及在陶瓷中的应用与成瓷机理

Mineralization of Perlite and Its Application in Ceramic Industry as Well as Its Mechanism in Ceramics

珍珠岩 (Perlite)系一种具有珍珠结构的酸性火山玻璃质熔岩 ,为典型的酸性岩浆喷出岩。多呈针状、球状雏晶结构、块状构造。由于其独特的物理化学性质 ,可用于制作日用陶瓷、建筑卫生陶瓷 ,部分替代高岭土、长石等原料。笔者分析讨论了珍珠岩在陶瓷坯体中的作用机理 。

Perlite is a kind of glassy lava with perlite struture,and it typical acid eruptive rock.Most of them are acicular,nodular with parison structure or with lumpy structure.Because of its specific physicochemical charactristcs,it can be used to produce domestic ceramics,so as to partly replace kaolin and feldspar etc..In this paper,the mechanism of perlite in ceramic body was analysed and discussed,so as to help the development of ceramic product.
