Influence of Mild Hyperthermia on Immune Function

摘要 亚高温热疗(MHT)是目前肿瘤治疗领域的研究热点之一。大量离体和在体实验研究表明,39.5℃~41.5℃的加温并不能直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,其抗肿瘤作用是通过提高正常免疫效应细胞活性、诱导免疫效应细胞再分布以及影响某些细胞因子和热激蛋白的表达而达到的,因此具有重要的肿瘤免疫调节作用,是一种安全、有效的辅助性肿瘤治疗手段。
