摘要 细胞因子重组融合蛋白是一类利用基因工程的方法将编码细胞因子和其他有特定功能的蛋白分子基因序列连接并表达相应蛋白质融合产物。其结构特点为将细胞因子功能活性域与其他分子的活性域融合,各组分可发挥协同作用,使融合蛋白的生物学活性较各单体大大增强。按生物学功能的不同可分为:细胞因子与抗体的融合蛋白、细胞因子与毒素的融合蛋白、不同细胞因子的融合蛋白、细胞因子与细胞因子受体的融合蛋白以及细胞因子与其他分子的融合蛋白。这些兼具特异性与高效性的新型重组融合蛋白有些已走向临床,在抗肿瘤、抗风湿病、抗HIV感染等领域发挥作用,为人类疾病的治疗提供新的手段。
