摘要
分析了边缘点影响非对称采样精度CCD图像中心拟合精度的原因,结合实验阐述了边缘点精度和数量对拟合精度影响程度的差异,得出选取拟合边缘点应沿像素坐标精度高的方向搜索的原则。最后得提出了一种复合算法,通过提高边缘点质量,使拟合误差小于±3μm,拟合精度达到亚像素级。
Effects of the edged points on the fitting precision of the center of the unsymmetric sampling precision CCD was analyzed.The principle of choosing the fitting edged point was pointed out,it is that fitting edged point should be chosen in the direction of the pixel coordinate higher precision.Finally,A compounded algorithm was put forward.The detecting resules show that the fitting error is less than ±3 μm and the fitting precision can be brought to the order of sub-pixels by improving the quality of the edged point.
