Design and Implementation of an Improved Single Sideband Modulator

介绍了一种增强型单边带调制器 ,普通单边带调制器可使无用镜像边带抑制 2 5dB左右 ,而增强型单边带调制器进一步应用了I/Q正交网络原理 ,将两只普通单边带调制器组合应用 ,使无用镜像边带抑制度提高到约 3 5dB。

An improved single sideband modulator is introduced in this paper. Conventional single sideband modulator can achieve 25 dB or so undesired image sideband rejection. the improved single sideband modulator uses the principle of the I/Q quadrature network, combines two conventional single sideband modulators, and obtains a single sideband modulator achieving 35 dB or so undesired image sideband rejection.
