摘要
厦门的工业区用地存在土地利用强度低、土地效益低、产业水平低等问题。一方面,应对工业区用地进行规划控制,做好工业用地规模预测;另一方面,应提高工业项目的准入门槛,采取规模开发与集约建设策略。
There exist with the industrial parks inXiamen such problems as low degree of landutilizaton,low benefit from the used land,and lowlevel of industrialization.Therefore,on the one hand,we must exercise planning control over the landused for industrial parks and predict the amount ofland to be used for the industrial parks.On the otherhand,we should also raise the standards by whichindustrial projects are approved and adopt the policyof large-scale development and intensive construction.
