There are such problems with the plan-ning of the greenbelt system in the urban regionsas obscure concept,indefinite object in planning,nonuniform standards in classification and restric-tion in system,etc.Therefore relative measures mustbe taken to enhance the scientific elemen,standardization,authority and the workability of theplanning workout in terms of planning orientation,content and management mechanism.
