A Reflection on the Revision of Urban Master Plan

新一轮城市总体规划修编工作已近尾声,通过规划编制实践,反映出城市总体规划编制中城市发展规模预测指标的弹性不足、区域规划的宏观调控力度薄弱等问题,建议划分规模等级,采取以变应变的弹性模式,突出编制重点,加大宏观调控力度。

The new revision on the city master planis coming to an end.Through the planning workoutand practice,we can see the problem of the lack ofreflexibility of the city master plan in the forecast ofthe scale of urban development and the weaknessin macro regulation and control of the regionalplanning.It is sugested to set off scale grade,adoptthe flexible model of meeting an emergency bychange,give prominence to the key areas I planningand intensify the efforts in macro regulation andcontrol.[
