STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OFSHENYANG ECONOMIC ZONE

在全面分析了构建沈阳经济区的必要性、可行性的基础上,明确沈阳经济区未来发展的总体定位及发展目标。提出,沈阳经济区应成为继“珠三角”、“长三角”和“京津冀北”地区之后的第四个增长极。并以此为依据提出建设城市布局合理、市场高度开放、制度建设完善、信息资源共享、交通体系完备的区域经济共同体的基本构架。

On the basis of the all-round analysis onthe necessity and feasibility of establishing ShenyangEconomic Zone, this study clarifies the orientation andobjective of the Shenyang Economic Zone. It points outthat Shenyang Economic Zone is expected to be thefourth national growth pole after Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Northern HebeiArea. According to this, it advises to build a frameworkof regional economic community, in which cities arewell distributed, market is highly open, institution ishealthy; information and resources are unfairly sharedand various transports are available.
