摘要 叙述耐热碱性磷酸酯酶 (TAP)的来源、性质、热稳定性及应用。分析影响TAP酶活的因素 ,通过对酶辅助因子的研究 ,探索酶的活性位点。介绍了提高耐热AP的酶比活及产量的途径。 The application and development of TAP is recounted. The thermostablility of TAP is investigated. The factors of influencing the activity of TAP are analyzed. With the study of cofactor, the active sites can be investigated. The approaches of increasing TAP's specific activity and yield are analyzed.
