经肛门局部切除治疗低位直肠癌28例报告

Local Resecion for Lower Rectal Carcinoma

目的 :评价低位直肠癌经肛门局部切除的安全性及效果。方法 :回顾性分析 1 995 2 0 0 3年间经肛门局部切除治疗 2 8例低位直肠癌的临床资料。结果 :(1 )围手术期死亡率为 0。 (2 )术后排便功能良好 ,泌尿及性功能正常。 (3)复发率 1 4 3% (4 / 2 8)。(4 ) 5年生存率为 92 1 %。结论 :低位直肠癌经肛门局部切除术应选择合适的病例 ,可获得很好的疗效 。

Objective:To evaluate outcome of local excision of rectal cancer for curative purpose.Methods:28 patients with low rectalcarcinoma undergoing local excision from 1995~2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:(1) There was no perioperative mortality in this group.(2) Fecal continence was postoperatively good.(3) 4 patients (14.3%)recurred locally during the period of postoperative follow up.(4) The five year survial rate was 92.1%.Conclusion:Trasanal local excision combined with radiotherapy for lower rectal cancer can produce very good effect, with few complications;but the tumors must meet a rigid criteria.
