微波热疗、口服丹参酮配合通液治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕97例疗效观察

目的 观察微波、丹参酮配合通液治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的效果。方法 将 15 7例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为两组。观察组 97例于月经干净 3天服用丹参酮 ,同时局部行微波热疗治疗共 7天 ,以上方法每治疗 3个月经周期行一次输卵管通液 ,4个月经周期为一疗程 ;对照组 6 0例于月经干净后口服甲硝唑 7天 ,于服药的第 2个月经周期开始 ,每月行输卵管通液 1次 ,4个月经周期为一疗程。结果 治疗 1、2、3、4个疗程后观察组有效率均高于对照组 ,P值分别 >0 .0 5、 <0 .0 5、 <0 .0 5、 <0 .0 1;治疗 4个疗程后观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微波热疗、口服丹参酮配合通液治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕方法简便易行 。

Objective To observe the simple effective therapies of infertility of uterine tube obstruction.Methods 157 patients with infertility of uterine tube obstruction were divided into observe group(97 cases) and control group(60 cases) randomly.The observe group began to take orally dan-shen root keton and locally cure with microwave after three days that menses were over,and had been cured for one week,and were poured water into uterine tube one tine per three menstrual cycles of above therapies.A course was four months.The control group began to take orally metronidazole after menses were over and were poured water into uterine tube one month,and a course was four months yet.The efficiency of uterine tube canalization and cyesis rate were compared after therapy.Results There was no obviously difference between the two groups after 1 course(P>0.05),the efficiency between two groups had obviously difference after 2,3 courses (P<0.05),there was much significant difference between two groups after 4 courses(P<0.01).The cyesis rate of observe group was evidently higher than the control group after 4 courses(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapies of microwave and dan-shen root keton combined with pouring water into uterine tube in infertility of uterine obstruction are convenient,easily operational and of significant effect.
