摘要
与常规大气除氧器的设计计算标准相比,北京琉璃河水泥厂余热发电技改工程除氧器由于利用凝结水扩容除氧,运行中存在较大温差,还应考虑热应力等问题的影响。除氧器设计过程中应根据具体情况认真分析,确保设备安全运行。
There is large temperature difference during operation in the degasifier of waste heat generation project in Liulihe Cement Plant,Beijing,because of expansion deaeration with condensate in eomparison to the conventional design standard of degasifier. The influence of thermal stress should also be considered. Detailed conditions shall be analysed during design of degasifier so as to ensure its safe operation.
