摘要
该文对制备高Jc Bi—2223/Ag带均匀的长样进行了研究。为了提高长样的均匀性,我们采取了如下的工艺:(a)用预烧结块料灌银管;(b)每道用大变形量轧制;(c)缓慢升温以便主要生成2223相并且使杂相很好地弥散。研究结果表明:这样制备的Bi—2223/Ag带的长样,任意切下一段,其超导性能与短样几乎相同。所制备的1米长样(厚80μ,宽1.7mm),其Jc(77K、oT)达4000A/cm^2,并且沿长度方向的Jc具有很好的均匀性.
Our effort to prepare uniform,long-length high Jc superconducting Bi-2223/Ag tapes is described in the paper.Measures taken to improve quality of the tapes include:(a) packing with presintered bulk,(b) rolling with relatively great reduction per pass,and (c) slow heating to form a major amount of 2223 phase with impurity phases linely dispersed.Results indicated that the long-length Bi 2223/Ag tapes so prepared may carry as much supercurrent as short samples cut arbitrarily from any portion of the tapes.Jc at 77K and OT of one-meter long tapes (1.7mm wide by 80μthick) was measured to be 4,000 A/cm2,with excellent longitudinal uniformity.
