摘要
该文报导了用简易拉丝——轧带工艺制取TBSCCO/Ag复合带长样的研究结果,着重研究了轧制过程中道次变形量对TBSCCO/Ag超导带Jc的影响.增大道次变形量有利于Jc值的提高。采用一道次变形量70~80%,轧制2m长的TBSCCO/Ag复合带,经830℃热处理后,该长样的Jc值达到8200A/cm^2(78K,oT)
Here we will report our recent work on.the preparation of long-length superconducting T1-Ba-Sr-Ca-Cu-O/Ag tapes by a simple drawing-rolling technique.Study was primarily concentrated on the effect of rolling reduc-tion perpass on Jc of the TBSCCO/Ag tapes.Results indicated that Jc was improved with increasing rolling reduction per pass.Jc at 78K and 0T of a typical 2-meter long TBSCCO/Ag composite tape,prepared by rolling at 70-80% reduction per pass was measured to be 8,200 A/cm2 after it was subjected to heat treatment at 830℃
