筛选厌氧污泥颗粒化促进剂试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 在 3种聚合物聚合氯化铝 (PAC)、聚丙稀酰胺 (PAM )、聚季铵盐 (PQA)中 ,筛选适宜的厌氧污泥颗粒化促进剂并测定投加量范围。借鉴厌氧毒性 (ATA)和生物化学甲烷势 (BMP)测定方法 ,分析了这 3种聚合物对厌氧微生物产甲烷活性的影响以及它们的厌氧生物可降解性。用区域沉淀速度 (ZSV)和污泥容积指数 (SVI)评价了投加聚合物后所形成的生物絮体的沉降性能。结果表明 ,聚季铵盐适宜作为厌氧污泥颗粒化促进剂 ,10mg/L≤投加量 <5 0mg/L。 The objectives of this study are laid on to screen out an optimum accelerating agent for anaerobic sludge granulation from three kinds of polymers of poly aluminum chloride (PAC), polyacrylamide (PAM) and polyquantemary amine (PQA), and also to determine the range of applicable dosage. The influences of the polymers on specific methanogenic activities and anaerobic biological degradability are assessed by methods of anaerobic toxicity assay (ATA) and the biochemical methane potential (BMP) test. The settling performances and intensities of the bioflocculates or granules are discussed using zone settling velocity (ZSV) and sludge volume index (SVI). From the results, PQA finally is selected as accelerating agent for anaerobic sludge granulation, and addition concentration was suggested: 10 mg/L≤dosage<50 mg/L.
