摘要
该文用湿化学方法和质量分析精确测定了Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O样品中Tl和O的含量及其结构式,计算了样品中Cu的平均价态及铜氧层中有效空穴浓度.分析表明,样品的零电阻转变温度随空穴浓度的变化,存在一最佳的样品空穴浓度,对应的转变温度Tc最大.
A wet chemical method has been applied to several T1-based superconductors to determine the Thallium and Oxygen contents.The mean copper valence and hole Concentration (P) per pyramidal Cu-O sheet can be calculated from these results.Investigaton of the relation between TCR=0 and P shows that there is a dome-shaped behavior with a maximum Tc at a optimal P.
